2. General information on data processing

As a matter of principle, we process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with the user's consent or where a legal basis permits it (Art. 6 GDPR).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). The data collected is stored on the host's servers. Hosting is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations towards our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.

4. Server log files

When you visit this website, your browser automatically transmits information to the server, which is temporarily stored in so-called log files. The following data is collected:

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring a smooth connection setup, convenient use of the website, and the evaluation of system security and stability. The data is deleted after 7 days unless it must be retained further to preserve evidence in the event of security incidents.

If you contact us by e-mail, your details will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose.

This website only uses technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site. There is no tracking and no analysis for marketing purposes. Should cookies requiring consent be used in the future, we will obtain your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR via a cookie banner.

7. Fonts

For the uniform display of fonts, this website uses Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers; in doing so, your IP address may be transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (uniform and appealing presentation of our online services).
